The Skywatchers Focal Length Reducer for the Evostar-80ED DS-PRO shortens the focal length by 0.85×. This makes your image brighter and keeps stars sharp to the corners of the sensor. This is ideal for astrophotography, making your photos of stars, nebulae and planets look sharp and professional.
Faster and better recordings
The reducer “speeds up” your optics. You don't have to expose as long and can make nice images faster. Details come out more clearly and you have less noise in longer exposures.
Easy mounting
You simply screw the corrector onto the focuser of your telescope. On the camera side, you use an M48 adapter. Within minutes you are ready to start shooting.
Compact and lightweight
