Omegon's #80A blue color filter in 1.25-inch format is a versatile filter widely used in planetary observations. On Jupiter and Saturn, this filter increases the contrast of cloud bands and storm areas, allowing you to see more structure. On Mars, the filter helps make polar caps and nebulous structures more visible. It can also be used on the moon to bring out bright details in the terminator zone.
