The Skywatcher WAVE-150i offers stable and precise movement thanks to Strainwave transmission. This system is quiet, powerful and compact. Perfect for mobile astrophotography or quick setups in your garden.
Flexible in use
You can use the WAVE-150i in either equatorial or Alt-AZ mode. The RA and DEC output positions ensure that you always stay precisely on course. The dual-fit mounting disk lets you easily attach standard prism rails or other accessories.
Smart wireless control
Control the mount via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth with the SynScan PRO app on Windows, iOS or Android. Compatible with Stellarium, SkySafari and other software. Red LED illumination of the latitude and water plasma meter makes setting up easy, even in the dark.
Light and sturdy tripod
The WAVE Carbon tripod is light, torsionally rigid and reliable. You quickly position the mounting head with the 3/8″ screw. An optional column extension can be added to raise the mount higher for added flexibility and stability.
Ready for GoTo and astrophotography
The WAVE-150i supports GoTo control, autoguiding and PEC correction. With the RA braking function with the motor off, you set up weights easily. The tripod and mount support up to 15 kg, so you can use a wide range of telescopes and accessories.
