Skywatcher AP 150/1200 - powerful apochromatic refractor

The Skywatcher AP 150/1200 ED EvoStar is one of the sharpest telescopes you can get. The double lens with ED glass and a matching crown glass delivers bright images with natural colors. So you see planets and stars as they really are, without distracting color errors.

Razor-sharp images, large field

Each lens has a metallic coating for maximum light transmission of 99.5%. Your stars remain bright even at higher magnifications. Planets show their cloud bands and rings clearly, and binary stars you can easily tell apart. The image is also impressively sharp for deep-sky objects.

Ideal for astrophotography

The telescope supports a flattener or reducer, so your photos remain sharp at the edges. Focal length and field of view are optimally corrected. You easily connect your camera with the matching T2 adapters for Canon or Nikon.

Easy to use and solid

At 9.5 kg, the tube is heavy enough for stability but still manageable. The 2″ Crayford focuser lets you focus precisely, even at longer exposures. The telescope comes with transport case, dew cap, tube rings and accessories so you can get started right away.
