Wide view, clear image
The Sky-Watcher 13 mm Nirvana Eyepiece gives you a huge 82° viewing angle. You see more sky at once, without having to constantly move your eye. Stars stay sharp to the edges, keeping your image calm and natural. The eyepiece lets a lot of light through, allowing you to see deep-sky objects clearly even when they are fainter.

Comfortable and relaxed viewing
The large eye lens immediately feels comfortable. You look relaxed, without having to press your eye against the glass. The 12 mm eye relief helps you stay comfortable looking longer, especially during quiet observation sessions. The soft, swivel eyecup blocks stray light, keeping your image clear.
Bright contrast, fewer reflections
The eyepiece uses seven lens elements in four groups. That sounds technical, but you'll notice most of all that your image stays clean and contrasty. Broadband multi-coating keeps light loss low, so you see objects clearly and colorfast. Black lens edges and internal apertures reduce unwanted reflections. As a result, your image remains stable, even at higher magnifications.
Practical and immediately usable
The eyepiece is parfocal, so when you switch between other Nirvana eyepieces you hardly need to refocus. The aluminum body feels sturdy and luxurious, while the rubber grip makes it easy to grip the eyepiece, even with cold hands. Thanks to the 1.25″ connection, you can use it on almost any telescope without any problems.
