More light, more detail
The 126 mm mirror captures over 320 × more light than the naked eye. You can see that difference immediately: deep craters on the moon, the cloud bands and moons of Jupiter, and Saturn with its rings and even the Cassini line under good conditions. Bright nebulae like M42 in Orion and star clusters like M13 also come into view nicely.

Balance between magnification and overview
With a focal length of 920 mm (f/7.3) this telescope combines a pleasant field of view with sufficient magnification. Perfect for both planetary details and larger deep-sky objects. The optics deliver a bright and high-contrast image - even at higher magnifications.

Stable EQ-3 mount
The EQ-3 mount ensures stable tracking. Thanks to the slow-motion controllers follow your celestial objects smoothly, exactly as professional astronomers do. Ideal for learning to work with an equatorial mount - the standard for serious observations and first astrophotography.

Ready to use and expandable
The sturdy aluminium tripod with accessory tray keeps everything stable even at maximum magnifications. The set comes with two eyepieces (25 mm and 10 mm) and a 2× Barlow lens, good for various magnifications up to about 180×.
Thanks to the 1.25″ compatibility you can easily upgrade later with additional eyepieces, filters or smartphone adapters.

What we recommend
The Omegon N 126/920 EQ-3 is ideal for beginners who want to observe seriously right away. You can see the moon and planets razor sharp and can find many deep-sky objects under dark skies. Also suitable for first steps in smartphone astrophotography.
Not intended for long-exposure photography with heavy cameras.
The telescope comes as a complete kit and can be easily expanded with additional 1.25″ eyepieces, filters or adapters. Thanks to its stable construction and optical performance, this model is also suitable for the first steps in smartphone astrophotography.
What you can see with it
- Moon: craters, mountains and shadow structures
- Jupiter: cloud bands and moons
- Saturn: rings and Cassini separation
- Deep-sky: Orion Nebula, Andromeda Nebula, globular clusters and binary stars
Application
The Omegon N 126/920 EQ-3 is ideal for beginners who want more than a basic model and want to start serious observations right away. Suitable for visual observation of planets, Moon and bright deep-sky objects. First experiments with smartphone astrophotography are possible.

Works fine, manual could have been clearer. And manual is only German, English and French. But it is a fine telescope and convenient to use.
