Bring faint mists to life
The Skywatcher OIII 1 allows planetary and emission nebulae to be seen clearly. The filter allows only light from dual ionized oxygen to pass through. Anything beyond that is filtered out. This gives your image more contrast and weak structures appear clearly.

Perfect for visual and photographic use
This filter is ideal for both viewing and astrophotography. For photography, it works best with monochrome cameras. Combine it with H-alpha or SII filters for high-contrast, detailed nebula images.

Easy to attach
The 1.25″ connection fits most telescopes. The aluminum mount holds the filter securely. You easily insert it into your eyepiece or filter holder and are ready to observe.
More detail, less distracting light
By blocking out unwanted light, your eye or camera sees the haze in its full glory. Subtle patterns and textures that are normally invisible are immediately revealed.
