Smart and user-friendly design

The Go2Nova® hand control helps you, at the touch of a button, to get more than 212,000 sky objects to find. The large LCD screen is clearly readable, even in the dark, and the menus are intuitive so you can get started right away.
Accurate tracking, razor-sharp images
The iOptron GEM28 delivers a tracking accuracy of 0.17 arc seconds. That means your telescope keeps tracking celestial bodies smoothly, so your photos stay sharp, even at long exposures. The periodic error correction (PEC) also learns from previous movements, making tracking even more precise.
The stepper motors run quietly and consume little power, making your sessions last longer without interruption. That's how you get more out of every clear night.

The GEM28 uses iOptron's latest Go2Nova® GoTo System. - one of the most advanced and reliable controllers on the market. With a single command, the mount moves smoothly and precisely to any object, giving you more time to observe or photograph.
