Omegon ProDob N 254/1250 Telescope - More light. More control. More viewing pleasure.
The Omegon ProDob N 254/1250 is made for observers who want to see more and enjoy longer. Once you find an object, you track it smoothly and without frustration. Even at high magnifications, everything stays quietly in focus. So you get the most out of every clear night.
Large opening, impressive details
With an aperture of 254 mm, this telescope captures a lot of light. You notice this immediately. Nebulae become brighter, galaxies show more structure and globular clusters disintegrate into single stars. The Moon and planets also show a lot of detail.

Deluxe friction system for smooth tracking
The Dobson mount is equipped with a sophisticated friction system. The azimuth axis rotates on needle bearings. The elevation axis uses ball bearings. As a result, the telescope moves silky smooth, even with one finger. You easily keep objects in focus, even at high magnification.
Always well balanced
Are you using a heavy eyepiece? No problem. With the adjustable friction you tune the center of gravity to your setup. The telescope remains stable and does not tilt unexpectedly. That gives peace of mind while observing.
Clear image thanks to 94% mirror coating
The main mirror has a 94% enhanced coating. This provides more light and better contrast. Faint deep-sky objects become more visible, allowing you to see that extra bit of detail.

Faster ready to use
The built-in 12V fan cools the main mirror up to 50% faster. Thus, the telescope reaches its optimal image quality faster. Less waiting, faster observing.
Precise focusing
The 2″ Crayford focuser with 1:10 reduction makes focusing easy and precise. Small adjustments are smooth, keeping your image in focus. Use both 2″ and 1.25″ eyepieces without fuss.
Typical Dobson: simple and effective
This telescope consists of two parts and is set up in minutes. No complicated alignment. No electronics. Just point and watch. That makes it ideal for beginners who want to see immediate results.
Included
You receive the telescope with rocker box and eyepiece holder, a Deluxe LED viewfinder and a 2″ SWA 32 mm eyepiece. Everything you need to get started right away.
