Bresser Barlow lenses 2x / 3x / 5x, achromatic, 1.25″ is a versatile extension for your telescope that allows you to easily increase the focal length. This provides two major benefits: higher magnifications with your existing eyepieces as well as a better image scale in planetary astrophotography.

When using a 20x eyepiece, the 2x Barlow lens doubles this to 40x, the 3x lens to 60x and the 5x lens even to 100x. Ideal if you do not yet have an extensive set of eyepieces, but still want flexibility in switching between magnifications. For planetary photography with a webcam, a Barlow lens is also indispensable: small planets are depicted larger, making details more visible and easier to capture.
