Celestron Luminos 7 mm Eyepiece 1.25\u2033 is a high-quality wide-angle eyepiece specially designed for high magnifications. With a focal length of 7 mm and a field of view of 82 degrees, you will bring in detailed images of planets, moon craters and compact deep-sky objects. The wide field of view keeps a planet in focus longer, even without a GoTo or tracking mount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The fully multi-coated optics and six-lens design ensure maximum light transmission and high contrast, which is especially important at high magnifications. The adjustable eyecup allows comfortable observing even when wearing glasses. The aluminum housing is rugged, anodized and scratch-resistant, making this eyepiece last for years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because the Luminos series is parfocal, you can effortlessly switch between different focal lengths within the series without having to refocus each time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Application<\/strong>
This 7 mm eyepiece brings planets and details on the moon into sharp focus. Saturn's rings and the cloud bands on Jupiter are clearly visible, while lunar craters and mountain ranges appear impressively contrasted. Smaller deep-sky objects such as planetary nebulae or compact globular clusters also benefit from this high magnification. Suitable for telescopes with a 1.25\u2033 connection, this eyepiece performs optimally with medium to large aperture telescopes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
