Safely exploring the sun - without risk to your eyes<\/strong>
The National Geographic 76\/350 Solar Reflector Telescope is specially designed to safely observe the sun. The unique plug-in solar filter prevents too much light from entering, so you can see sunspots and the grain structure of the solar surface without any danger. There is deliberately no viewfinder: this prevents children or beginners from accidentally pointing towards the sun without a filter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With a 76 mm mirror aperture and a short focal length of 350 mm (f\/4.6), this telescope captures a lot of light and shows sharp images of the Moon, planets and bright deep-sky objects. The construction is light and robust: at only 2 kg, you can take the scope anywhere, from the garden to a dark spot outside the city. The azimuth mount (AZ-1) works intuitively, as if you were operating a photo tripod: up, down, left, right ready for viewing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
