Omegon adapter T2 to 1.25 inch<\/strong> is a practical solution when you want to combine eyepieces or accessories with 1.25\u2033 mounts with a T2 thread (M42x0.75). This adapter forms the bridge between photographic T2 components and classic visual accessories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the telescope side, the adapter features an accurate T2 internal thread. On the eyepiece side, you will find a 1.25\u2033 connector with compression ring and two mounting screws. The compression ring evenly clamps the eyepiece, which prevents tilt and provides more stable alignment than a single set screw, especially for eyepiece projection or planetary photography.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A key advantage of this adapter is the additional T2 thread. This allows you to easily add T2 extensions and thus adjust the distance between eyepiece and sensor.
