With this extension you bridge the optical path so that the focuser can be used in a normal position again and eyepieces or cameras focus without problems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The sleeve is made of black anodized aluminum and features internal slots that prevent reflections. Thanks to the sturdy spring ring clamp and lock nut, even heavy accessories remain stable and secure in place. At the bottom is an M48 filter thread for the use of 2\u2033 filters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A special detail of this model is the recess at the top. This is specially designed for the clamping screw of short 2\u2033\/1.25\u2033 reducers, making this extension sleeve a perfect fit for the Omegon Alpha Crayford 2\u2033 focuser for Newton telescopes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Application<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Omegon 2\u2033 Extension Sleeve 45mm is ideal for correcting the focus point on telescopes optimized for photography. Thanks to the additional recess, this model is particularly suitable for Newton telescopes with a 2\u2033 Alpha Crayford focuser.
