This part replaces the existing front piece of your camera and offers two important improvements: a CS-Mount connection and an integrated IR-cut filter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Many astro cameras come standard with a C-Mount connection, suitable for wide-angle lenses. However, these lenses often require a CS-Mount to focus. With this front piece, you shorten the flange distance and can finally use CS-Mount wide-angle lenses as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition, an IR-cut filter is integrated into the front piece.
