Many flatteners, correctors and filters only work optimally when the distance between sensor and optics is exactly right. With this adapter you create a fixed extension of 16.5 mm and connect accessories with T2 thread (M42x0.75) to parts with M48 thread.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The adapter is made of black anodized aluminum and features a fully blackened interior to minimize reflections and stray light. This ensures maximum contrast transmission and image sharpness, even at long exposure times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Application<\/strong><br>Ideal for astrophotographers who want to connect their camera via T2 to M48 accessories such as field flatteners or coma correctors.
