Thanks to the modern Sony IMX715 CMOS sensor with Starvis 2 technology, you have a resolution of 3864 \u00d7 2192 pixels, extremely low readout noise (down to 0.8 e-) and a completely amplifier-free image. This makes this model ideal for planetary photography, as well as suitable for IR applications and small deep-sky objects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With its small pixels of 1.45 \u00b5m, the camera captures fine details without always needing an additional Barlow lens. The high sensitivity in the near infrared allows observations under poorer seeing conditions and offers additional flexibility in infrared photography. Thanks to passive cooling (PCS system), the sensor remains up to 15 \u00b0C cooler than comparable uncooled cameras, significantly reducing thermal noise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The camera is compact (126 g) and easy to mount via the T2 connector or included 1.25\u2033 adapter.
