Fully pre-assembled in a robust plastic frame, this filter fits directly on telescopes with a tube diameter of 160-164 mm (outer diameter) or 168-172 mm (inner diameter). It is also suitable for Newton telescopes, thanks to the cutouts for capture mirror mounts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The secret is in the original Baader AstroSolar Safety Film (ND5). It allows only 0.001% of sunlight to pass through and shows the sun in neutral white light. No unnatural yellow or orange glow, but a natural image in which details become razor-sharp.
