This can only be done via:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>E-mail: <strong><a>support@telescoop.nl<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>By mail<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can use the legal model withdrawal form for this, but this is <strong>not required<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send your withdrawal request before the expiration of this period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Consequences of revocation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you revoke the agreement, you will receive <strong>Return all payments received from you<\/strong>, including original shipping costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The exception to this is any additional costs incurred because you have chosen a delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reimbursement will take place <strong>within 14 days after we receive your notice of withdrawal<\/strong>, but <strong>not until after we receive the products<\/strong> Whether you have demonstrated that the products were returned - whichever comes first.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We refund the amount through <strong>same currency<\/strong> that you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree to another payment method. For reimbursement purposes, <strong>no additional costs<\/strong> charged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Return period after revocation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After reporting your withdrawal, you have <strong>another 14 days<\/strong> time to actually return the product to us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Return costs<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We offer <strong>no free returns<\/strong> to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The cost of returning the product from your address to our return address is <strong>at its own expense<\/strong>. This cost is usually about \u20ac7.25 per package.
